It functions as a highly efficient fluid loss reducer, viscosifier, and protective colloid for shales and cuttings in fresh water, calcium brines, sodium brines, and KCl mud systems. It maintains borehole stability by preventing shale swelling and erosion. The product is fully compatible with most drilling fluid additives, including biopolymers, PAC, CMC, and other common polymers.
